1. Data Controller
EcoVolo Service S.r.l., located at Via Garbella 16, 25019 Sirmione (BS), Italy, VAT 03501130987 (hereinafter "Controller"), as data controller, informs you pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") that your data will be processed as follows.
2. Types of Data Collected
The Controller collects the following types of personal data:
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, access times. This data is collected automatically during navigation.
- Voluntarily provided data: name, surname, email address, phone number, and message content sent through the contact form.
- Cookies: as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- a) Responding to requests: data provided through the contact form is used to respond to your requests for information or quotes. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Art. 4 n. 2 GDPR: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, and destruction of data. Personal data is subject to both paper and electronic/automated processing.
5. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact form data: 24 months from the request
- Browsing data: 14 months
- Data for legal obligations: for the period required by applicable legislation
6. Data Communication and Disclosure
Personal data will not be disclosed and may be communicated to:
- Entities that may access data under law or secondary legislation
- Technical service providers (hosting, email) necessary for service delivery
- Google LLC (for analytics and marketing services, only with prior consent)
